Gravel Cement is merely the glue binding the aggregates together. The actual strength that can be achieved for any concrete mixture primarily depends from the strength of the aggregates used to produce it, coarse gravel first. The certified and guaranteed strength of our coarse gravel (compression strength can be five to six times higher that usual concrete used in buildings) allows you to use it with confidence in your batches, reducing the need for expensive cement, providing top quality for the best price for you as well as for your customers. |
| Fine Gravel Fine gravel has the lowest quantitative participation in a concrete batch; nonetheless it is decisive for the proper granulometry of the mixture. The fine gravel produced in our quarry has the characteristic of being a product of three crushes and is screened at least four times during its production. The result is rounder particle shapes and the elimination of parasitic filler fines, which provides the customer with clean and granular fine gravel. |

Sand for Concrete
Our sand for concrete is exclusively produced on the final crushing stage of the plant, using a state of the art HP 200 Metso cone crusher. It is screened on a screen used exclusively for this product, with tailor-made adjustments to its vibration and oscillation frequency. The result is a smooth granulometry and, in a smaller scale, the creation of rounder and angular – non-flat-shaped- particles with a controlled proportion of extra-fine filler particles. |
